Repositioning for focus

With the appointment of new management, there is a greater emphasis on how seven business groups add value to the company, to customers and consumers, and to shareholders. With the mission “nourishing by nature,” the company is repositioned to be a global market leader in both dairy and milk prices for farmers while maintaining a strong foundation and continuity for its members. Under the themes ‘Leading in Dairy’ and ‘Leading with Milk price,’ the strategy Expedition2030 is translated into World Wide Dairy in the annual report, where the emphasis on consumer value is connected with realistic and transparent ESG goals. This way, product performance is linked to impacts in operations.

CF Report guides FrieslandCampina in the first steps of CSRD Integration

The first step in CSRD is the ESG report for 2023. Here, the six priorities of the company strategy are linked to the five most important material topics. Stakeholder dialogue, double materiality analysis, and connectivity are integrated into this. Reports on greenhouse gas emissions, biodiversity, packaging, sustainable farming, and climate adaptation are incorporated into this ESG framework.
