Partou stands for professional, safe, and inclusive childcare services that contribute to a child’s development. Partou offers daycare, preschool care, and after school care in the Netherlands, Great Britain, and Germany for over 80,000 children. The organization reports in three languages: Dutch, English and German. CF Report starts with the original Dutch version (online and PDF) of the Social Responsibility Report and then provides the translations in the two other languages.

Strategy

All value pillars visualized

Partou’s purpose, mission, and vision are visualized in the report in which value creation is the central theme. All the value pillars are presented and elaborated in Partou’s detailed and transparent report: the value of Partou’s services, social value, human value, intellectual value, and financial value. The objectives, performance, facts, and employee stories are presented for each pillar. We thus succeeded in creating a transparent representation of Partou.

ESG section and attention for government regulations

The report also contains a detailed ESG section and a compact and visual illustration of the various government regulations (the government as the market regulator) for childcare in the countries where Partou is active.

Online first
Partou is a strong believer in the ‘online first’ principle. That is why attention is paid to the most important sections of the report such as: the profile, the purpose, the most important data, the government as market regulator and the visualization of the value pillars and ESG, in an extensive online version with the title ‘Partou in society’. This special reporting website has attracted over 11,000 visitors.
