CF Report, part of Happy Horizon, is looking for a Medior/Senior All-round Visual Designer. We’re looking for someone with at least five years of experience who enjoys collaborating with colleagues while also being confident working independently. You’re highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, and you’re energised by concept development, editorial design, data visualisation, and digital experiences.

As a Visual Designer, you will…

• Be the creative force behind the visual identity and user experience of our annual reports and corporate reporting projects.
• Translate complex information into visually engaging, intuitive designs that inform and inspire clients and stakeholders.
• Work closely with our design team while helping to maintain and elevate the quality of our design process.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to creating high-quality designs that enhance the overall user experience.
• Work on a diverse mix of print and digital projects where content, design, and impact come together, including integrated reports, sustainability reports, impact reports, corporate communications, and digital reporting solutions.

What you'll bring:

• At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with experience developing visual concepts.
• A passion for data visualisation, editorial design, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma. Experience with Webflow, After Effects and HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience with both print and digital design. Experience with UX design is an advantage.
• A collaborative mindset, excellent presentation skills, and a strong portfolio that demonstrates your design expertise. If you also have animation skills, that’s definitely a bonus.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an art academy or a comparable design-related discipline is preferred.
