The listed (Euronext, AScX) Stern Group (more than 2,100 employees, revenue over € 1.1 billion) is market leader in the Dutch automotive market. In the Annual Report 2017, with the theme 25 years Stern, Stern Groep presents visual dashboards for financial results and market positions, for the entire group as well as for the divisions. Together with the strategy model, the customer journey, the automotive brand portfolio and an overview of mobility services, this offers optimum transparency. In three interviews with automotive specialists from ING, Rabobank and ABN Amro, the future of the automotive sector is discussed more indepth. The Executive Board, the Supervisory Board and the management are portrayed in creative photographs. After all, at Stern people make the difference. In the CSR domain, a materiality matrix, a value creation model and CSR dashboards have been developed. Objectives and status overviews were created for the most important CSR themes. All of this resulted in a very transparent publication. C&F Report also designs other communications projects for Stern, such as the well-read staff magazine SternMatters and coordinates the English translation of Stern’s corporate press releases.
